The Wall Street Journal revealed the online giant has banned customers from making purchases via Amazon for practices such as returning too many things over a long period of time and oftentimes without even telling them.
Per USA Today, Amazon said it is rare for customers to be banned for returning too many items, saying, “We never take these decisions lightly, but with over 300 million customers around the world we take action when appropriate to protect the experience for all our customers.”
