A bench warrant has been issued for Beverly Hills 90210 star Tori Spelling after she failed to show up to a hearing for a bank lawsuit case in California.
Acccording to E! News and Pop Culture, Spelling was required to show up to court on March 29 for an ongoing legal case with City National Bank, which sued her and husband Dean McDermott in 2016 for failing to make payments on a $400,000 loan.
After Spelling failed to appear the courts slapped her with a bench warrant, set bail at $5,000, and set a new court date for May 1.
According to Wonderwall, Spelling’s social media account indicates the actress is currently in Tel Aviv, Israel filming a commercial alongside former 90210 costar Jennie Garth.
