His longtime doctor, Dr. Harold N. Bornstein, revealed in a series of interviews President Trump takes three medications – an antibiotic to help with the skin condition rosacea, a statin for elevated cholesterol and lipids and a prostate-related drug to promote hair growth.

In the interviews with The New York Times Dr. Bornstein – who was Trump’s personal physician since 1980 – also said the president takes a baby aspirin everyday.

Finasteride, the prostate-related drug Trump takes to promote hair growth, is marketed as Propecia to treat male-pattern baldness.

Dr. Bornstein, who himself has flowing shoulder length locks, told The New York Times he also takes finasteride in small doses, which he attributes to his hair growth.
