Kanye West Reveals He’s “Been Used” for Political Agenda

He’s been a vocal supporter of President Trump and hasn’t shied away from talking politics, but it seems Kanye West is now feeling less than enamored with the whole situation.


Taking to Twitter Kanye bluntly tolds fans, “My eyes are now wide open and now realize I’ve been used to spread messages I don’t believe in. I am distancing myself from politics and completely focusing on being creative !!!”

In a series of Tweets, Kanye also revealed he doesn’t support Blexit – the conservative campaign aimed at persuading black Americans to leave the Democratic party – despite reports he designed a line of apparel for the cause.


“I introduced Candace to the person who made the logo and they didn’t want their name on it so she used mine,” Kanye clarified of the Blexit logo it was reported he designed. “I never wanted any association with Blexit. I have nothing to do with it.”


Kanye also clarified his stance on several topics happening in America right now, including the migration caravan, tweeting, “I support those who risk their lives to serve and protect us and I support holding people who misuse their power accountable. I believe in love and compassion for people seeking asylum and parents who are fighting to protect their children from violence and war.”
