President-elect, Donald Trump, told reporters his wife and son will not join him at the White House once he takes office – at least initially.

Transition spokesman, Jason Miller, revealed, “The Trump family is energized and excited about their new role serving the country…but like any parents they are concerned about pulling their ten-year-old son out of school in the middle of the year. We would also appreciate the same privacy and security considerations given to First Families with regard to minor children be extended to the Trumps as well.”
Sources close to the family revealed to the New York Post that Melania is a very hands-on mom who does not rely on a slew of nannies to help her take care of their son. The 46-year-old former model can frequently be seen picking Barron up from his Upper West Side private school, where tuition runs upwards of $40,000.
